Enterprise Resource Planning
ERP is the core module of our Enterprise solutions which has two main submodules, Accounts, and Inventory management. Critical aspects related to these two modules such as Asset Registry, and Employee Details (HRM) too included in this module. The easy interface with the ability to customise, no user limitation, and very competitive price are main advantages.
The Accounts submodule includes setting up functions of chart of accounts, bank accounts, adding customers, suppliers, and budgeting. The routine accounts functions include receipts for customers, payments to suppliers, journal entry, bank account reconciliations, voucher creation and payments, customer credit management, supplier credit usage, trial balance, profit and loss statements and balance sheet. Budgets can be prepared and monitored based chart of accounts.
Petty cash submodule regularises most of the activities of an organization. The users are provided with very specific user functionality to their privileges with excellent monitoring by the accounts department.
