Construction Project Management module provides state of the art facilities for managing construction project. It is fully integrated to accounts and inventory management, human resource management. Further it provides specialised functionalities, estimating and tendering, preparation of project budgets based on detail cost estimates, planning and capturing construction operations, and producing project reports as per Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) by Project Management Institute. Estimating and Tendering, Project Site Operations, Subcontractor Management, Progress Monitoring and Management and Project setup are the six main submodules.
