The Asset Management System (AMS) has three main submodules, Asset Registry, Asset condition assessments together with criticality and asset repair management. AMS is very comprehensive asset management system and can claim with the state of art of functionality for asset management.

Asset Condition assessment submodule includes facilities to perform physical condition assessment, performance condition assessment, and criticalities. Further higher level of decision on asset life cycle maintenance strategy whether it is allow run to fail or maintained based on preventive and predictive maintenance.

Asset Maintenance submodule has facilities to handle emergency repairs, preventive and predictive repairs based on the risk score and repairs identified and repair methods such internal repair or outsourced repair. In the case outsourced repairs suppliers are maintained managed through general purchasing procedures while internal repairs based internal repair personnel.
